Payment can be made by Credit Card or PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. You do not need a PayPal account
Note price change - A $1.50 per class processing fee will apply.

Download the PDF entry form and Save it on your computer. Fill in your dog's information.
Save the form and Email it to me then click on PBGV Payment here or on the top Menu bar.
